Boosters not working

Ok, day 3 with NO boosters! It starts and then says "There was a problem. Try again". I am so fed up with this!

Mine has also stopped working and I've noticed I have a Lock Icon in the Profile. I can't even see my score. Not sure how I'm supposed to update the game through King.com
