Missing Wrapped Candies glitch in Level 1652 – Wasted 30 Gold Bars!

Hi everyone,
I ran into a frustrating issue on Level 1652. During my first attempt, the required wrapped candies wrapped candies didn't spawn properly on the board, which led me to spend around 30 Gold Bars trying to pass it.
Out of curiosity, I replayed the level, and this time, all the candies spawned perfectly and the level was totally winnable.
Why were the items missing in the first place? Is this a known glitch? I feel like I completely wasted my 30 Gold Bars due to this bug. Any advice on how I can get my Gold Bars back?
