Saved Boosters

Question

I just logged in to play the game and all my saved boosters are gone. This is unacceptable especially sense I paid for some of them. Is there a real person that can explain to me why this game is changing so drastically? I'm pretty sure I'm done after playing for ten years. This is not a good way to lose loyal players.

I appreciate the kind gesture you giving me some boosters. But I can tell you that I have been playing this game since it started. And I have never lost my saved boosters. They have never just disappeared. This happened ever since this new update and all the new changes. Like having only 15 moves a game. Which is virtually impossible. Even if I played the same level 45 times I could not win on that many moves. Especially hard levels. What used too be my comfort game and something that gave me joy pretty much has been ruined. Is that a little over the too to say? Maybe, but that's how I feel. And I'm definitely not the only one that feels that way.

I understand your concern regarding your in-game boosters as I know how important those are for your adventure.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.

Please note that storing too many boosters on your device, can affect your gameplay experience and also there is a chance they may be lost.

Free items won are ''Non-refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," and for this reason, we usually do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost.

I have checked and I saw that our team has already sent you 20 of each regular booster as a token of appreciation.

If you don't see the items please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it. If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/King account, close the game, reopen it, and then sign back in again. Sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure things arrive properly!
