The bears have recently received new designs and new voices. You can also hear one of the bears in Hungry Bear, the mini-game where you catch matching fish, feed the bear, and move along the reward track.
Meet the new bear voices 🐻💬
As the bears started to play a bigger role in Soda, we wanted their voices to offer more variety and personality!
We worked with several voice actors and explored different vocal styles. This gave us four distinct bear voices, with around one thousand variations covering emotions and reactions such as happiness, sadness, fear, excitement, thinking, greetings, and farewells.
This variety helps the bears react differently as you play, rather than repeating the same sounds too often.

Hungry Bear also gave us the chance to create sounds for catching fish, feeding the bear, completing actions, and moving through the mini-game.
