hello I have to factory reset my phone and I lost my saved levels and have been playing everyday for over 10 yrs. Help

To recover your progress, you just need to log into the correct account. After some checks, I'm seeing you're registered with Facebook. Use the steps below with your email address and you'll be all set:
1. Make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game (if you are currently connected). To do this open the game and on the main screen tap the blue "My Profile" button and then select “Log Out”.
2. If you have the Facebook app installed on your device please also make sure that the correct Facebook account is signed in.
3. Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
4. Open the game and reconnect to your account by tapping the blue "Retrieve my progress" button found on the main screen and then choose the option to “Continue with Facebook”.
