(Fixed! ✅) Unable to Open Candy Crush Soda Saga on Windows

Update October 2nd: We've received several reports of that the game now works on Windows on the latest version. Please check for updates to be able to play Soda again!

Update October 1st: We've released an update to Candy Crush Soda Saga for Windows that may fix this issue - please update to the latest version and let us know if it works for you!

Update September 29th: The issue is being actively looked into, we've made some progress but haven't been able to confirm the fix yet. Once we know more we'll update this thread.

Hey there @Mousey22, you should be able to recover your account either by email or your facebook login to the game. If you can't remember your password, you can reset your password in the login screen.

I also can open Candy Crush soda on windows. I was able to keep levels after I reset my password.
