Not receiving password reset emails for my King account

Question

Hello,

I have a King account linked to my gmail

and my nickname is Arbi.

I am currently logged into the account in Candy Crush Soda Saga and my progress is around level 13700+.

I do not remember my password and need to update my account details. When I click "Forgot Password", the game says:

"We've sent you an email to reset your password."

However, I never receive any email from King. I have checked Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, and All Mail folders in Gmail. I have tried multiple times over several months and still receive no password reset emails.

Because I cannot receive the reset email, I cannot change my email address or password.

Can someone please help me recover access to my account without losing my game progress?

Select your avatar top right of the screen then select account settings

Salut! Dacă ai verificat deja Inbox, Spam, Junk și celelalte foldere și tot nu primești e-mailul de resetare, cel mai probabil este o problemă cu contul sau cu livrarea mesajelor. Îți recomand să contactezi direct suportul King și să le oferi Player ID-ul tău și adresa de e-mail asociată contului. Ei pot verifica situația și te pot ajuta să recuperezi accesul fără să-ți pierzi progresul. Sper să se rezolve cât mai curând! 🍀
