Lately, anytime I want to pay to add more lives I just get a "contacting" error code and it goes on no matter how long I x out and go back. You would think you'd want me to spend money. Pretty annoying

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with c! 

I would recommend doing some technical steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Please do the following:   

• Close all apps and restart your device: 
• On most phones, press your phone's Power button for about 30 seconds or until your phone restarts.  

You may need to tap Restart > Restart. 

• Check and update your Android version and the game app 
• Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > YOUR GAME > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY* 
• Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link 
• Check out the following Google Support pages with useful information on how to fix different device and apps issues.

Could you please also provide me with the following: 

1. 📲 Device and Operating System version  
2. 🪪 Player ID
