Game 5770

I completed this yesterday. At the point of moving on it froze. When I downloaded the game again it hadn’t registered that I’d done it. I play on my iPhone. I’m on my iPad now. Usually it advances on both devices but here I am again still trying to get the board 5770 cleared.

Do I have to play it all over again? It took me weeks last time

Hi @JOHNph! It sounds like your iPad most likely hasn't synced with the progress from your iPhone yet. We'd recommend opening the game on your iPhone while connected to a stable internet connection to make sure your latest progress is saved, then open the game on your iPad and give it a moment to sync. Hopefully you'll see Level 5770 marked as completed, else you can also give these steps a try on your iPad:

• Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can fix temporary glitches.
• Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version.
• Clear Cache (iOS): Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > The game > Offload App.
