To retrieve your Candy Crush Soda Saga progress, log back into the same King Account or Facebook profile you used before, check for app updates, or clear your device's cache.
Hi @Rivertree! The Studio is investigating the current issue affecting the Windows app, but in the meantime, if you have a mobile device, you can continue playing there while the team works on a fix. Thanks for your patience!
