Hey there @Ricardo_123456, could it be that you've been logged out from your account? Or that you reinstalled the game?
Boosters are connected to the game files, so if the game is uninstalled that unfortunately removes them, but for the progress and gold bars - that is tied to your game account, so if you've made one with Facebook or King, then you should be able to log back in and continue to play.
