With only 17 moves, 12902 is mathematically impossible to get because only 2 bottles at most are released in a single turn. And it impossible to clear at least one every turn. So impossible without buying extra turns and I will not do that. I will purchase extra turns in a fair fight but not in a rigged one Will get bored trying soon. And it will be good bye forever.
