If Bake a Cake has already ended or moved on to the next round, any unclaimed rewards from the previous event may no longer be available, which is why you can see the bakery closed message.
Please make sure your game is fully updated and check again when the next Bake a Cake starts. If this keeps happening in future events, please contact Support through the in-game Help Center and include your Player ID so the team can investigate further!
