Missed days but i didn’t miss a day

I play everyday and i have proof that i played yesterday but on logging on it says i missed a day and i can continue and pay $9 or start over.

I paid as i want it to keep adding up on the days i have played ( yes i know …. How sad) but it is what i want.

This has happened several times and i feel that i am owed back my $$$ that i have paid.

Can you please add it back into my game
