We're working on fixing this as soon as possible, and any reports on levels like these are helpful as we look to improve the game. We will gather all the posts on this topic within this thread so that we can organize and update everyone accordingly.

how will I get my 10 bars back. That I paid for
The last bear on the board is stick at the top and won’t move to the next screen. I believe this is a problem others have reported and you’ve fixed but I still can’t get it to work. I’ve restarted my phone, have the latest version of the game, plenty of storage and have cleared cache. Am I missing something or is this a big you’re still working to fix.
@LoFiGummy I suspect that this is related to the levels having moves reduced to uniformly 15. In fact, 15 moves is already at the extreme low end for move counts.

Hey there @Luziann, we had an issue with this level this weekend - but has been resolved now. Please restart the game and it should work for you as normal now! Thanks for reporting this to us.
Have used many boosters in attempt to move past level 6543, but unable to advance. Please help
im on level 1466 and its not working properly.

I can not get passed the first part of this level - the middle bear won't go down to next part of level - there are not special candies that make the playing space darker to move the bears like I see on some YouTube helps for this level. Can't find any way around it so can't move on.
