I keep getting a message that my reward can't be collected because of trouble connecting to server.

Hi @zoey6892! Sorry you're having trouble collecting your Emerald Cup reward. This can sometimes happen if the game has trouble connecting to the server while the reward is being claimed.
Could you please fully close and reopen the game, make sure you have a stable internet connection, and then try collecting the reward again? If it still doesn't work after that, let us know and we’ll take a closer look.
It's also helpful if you can show a screenshot and your Player ID so that we can help you faster.
