Hey again @Lena_Lena I checked this with the studio and they asked if it's possible to check the settings to see if the date and time might be out of sync on the device.
If it's not synced automatically, then it can affect events in the game like Sweet Streak
Hey there @Lena_Lena, are you getting any errors - or is the bonus not showing for you? If you can share any screenshots along with your Player ID it would help us to be able to look closer at this!

Hey there @Lena_Lena, are you talking about the Daily Login Bonus? Or the bottle streak that you have between levels?
For the Daily Login Bonus, you'll need to login several days in a row and have an active internet connection from your device. If you're on Wifi, try playing on roaming or vise-versa.
As for the Bottle Streak, this is something that is kept if you win several levels in a row.
Should this not work, it would be helpful if you can share screenshots of the issues so we can look into it further!
