Unable to transfer Facebook progress to King Account

I have over 8000 levels completed in Candy Crush Soda Saga with my Facebook account.
On Windows, Facebook login no longer works (“This browser isn’t supported” message).
On iOS, I logged in with Facebook and my progress appeared, but I cannot find the “Connect to King Account” option.
I want to transfer my Facebook progress into my King Account so I can continue playing on Windows with King login.
Please advise how to transfer Facebook progress to King Account on iOS, or if there is any official alternative method.
