I love Soda Crush & have played for years.

Lately, when watching ads, it will "glitch" & restart it game. This is especially frustrating when on the bake cake level. When the glitch occurs, it resets the play to needing 5 or 6 more levels to be "released" & start baking again. This is a timed game.

Example: ad glitches on my last piece of cake to bake & the game ends in 2 hours. You must play & pass 5 or 6 more levels before being released. Impossible.

Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
