Candy Crush Soda Saga not working on my desktop for nearly 2 weeks

If you pay attention to the "install" in the MicroSoft Store, things happen too quickly and there are no Mega Byte content in the app. When you click "play" the game tries to open for about 1/4 second and disappears. Others have posted similar issues since mid July in some cases.

For now unfortunately the only thing we can recommend until we hear back is to play on other platforms until it's fixed and check for updates on your game and drivers of your computer.
