bought a new tablet and didn’t realize I would lose ALL my levels… was over 9000 from my old tablet to this one, now I’m not getting any chances but automatically have to go to a new game! On my iPhone it’s still gives me my five more chances to try .
please advise. First time trying this after playing for over 10 years

ok so I guess I deleted my response ! Darn I suck at this! I’m 79 and this is a little more complicated than I expected. Thanks for helping so where in FB and King do I go? I’m going to try and post this again!
playing and not getting any bonus balls makes it difficult to move forward! The last week and a half there’s no bonus balls……… “extra tries”.

Hey there @Navywave,

If you've switched device, you can still sync your progress by logging in to either your King or Facebook account.

If you don't have one, you can still go to the older device, make an account - then log into the new account on the new device to have the progress and gold bars transferred.

To recover lost levels in Candy Crush Soda Saga, you need to reconnect your game to the correct Facebook or King account where your progress was saved.
