If you used a King Account (Email): Tap the Settings cogwheel ⚙️ on the game map or main screen. Select My Profile or the King icon, and log in using the email address and password you originally registered with.
If you used Facebook: Open the game and look for the Facebook "Connect" button, or go to Settings ⚙️ and tap the option to connect your social account.
If you are on an Apple or Android device: Check your Settings ⚙️ to ensure you are logged into the correct Apple ID or Google Play Games profile that you previously used.Once you log back into the correct account, your level history should instantly sync and drop you right back into the 5,000–6,000 range.Step 2: Clear the Cache and Restart If you logged in but still see level 1, the app might just be stuck.Force-close the Candy Crush Soda Saga app completely.If you are on an Android device, clear the app's cache (Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda Saga > Storage > Clear Cache).Make sure you have a strong, stable internet connection.Relaunch the game and wait a moment for the server to load your map.
