A while back the game would not allow enough moves to pass bubble levels. I thought it was fixed but now having the same issue. Level 17386, you have two different boards to get 8 bears with 19 moves. You have to clear the board first of ice and liquorice to get jellies to drop. They only drop one at a time. Even if you use every booster, you still have to complete a move to only get 1 jelly. It is mathematically impossible to clear the level without paying. This is getting really annoying and ridiculous that they keep trying to make you pay to pass a level. The game is not supposed to be a pay to play. For the last 3-4 months they changed it so it is now a pay to play. Anyone else having this issue?
