Level 16306 Glitch

I can’t get past the first screen on this level even though I’ve completed it. I’m losing the timed boosters I paid for while I’m trying to sort out a fix. I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall the app as why should I lose the boosters I’ve paid for when it’s the apps fault. Looked up on the internet and it’s a known fault. I’ve tried all the fixes suggested except delete the app. A search on here hasn’t come up with anything about it.

I am on iPad OS 18.6.2

I offloaded the App last night and restarted my iPad then reinstalled the App, problem solved and I didn’t lose any boosters apart from the timed ones were obviously losing time.
Note!!! for anyone who has the same problem. !! I didn’t delete the App just offloaded it !!

MasterNoob thanks for the suggestions but I’ve already tried all that except I won’t update my OS to 26 as everyone wishes they stayed on 18.6 although I have updated all security updates. I am going to try offloading the app and if I lose all my boosters etc I will have to stop playing as the easy levels have all been made impossible to do without boosters or buying extra moves. I’ve already stopped playing all the other CC games for the last few years.

Hi my friend sorry to hear this it can sometimes an issue within the game.
Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
