it will not open to new levels, even the cake bake is frozen.  Just a suggestion if new levels are taking so long to put on maybe it is time to end the game.  The way it is now I can’t participate in the weekly challenge. This doesn’t seem fair.  I have been playing since 2014.  I am just about ready to quit.

New levels were released today (and release every Friday), and there are more than usual, so there should be plenty for you to play. Please check that you have the latest version of the game installed, then fully close and reopen it. If the new levels still don’t appear, please let us know which level you’re currently on and which device you’re using so we can look into it.

It also helps if you can include a screenshot as well!
