You can request a refund through the Google Play Account Page if you made the purchase on an Android device, How to Request a Refund google Play (Android):Go to your Google Play Order History.Find the Candy Crush Soda Saga purchase. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and fill out the form.Google usually processes requests within 48 hours.
Apple App Store (iOS):Sign in to Apple Report a Problem.Tap or click Request a refund.Choose the reason for the refund and pick the item.Submit the request
