If you cannot recover your level in Candy Crush Soda Saga on your computer because your Facebook permission has expired or your game is not properly synced to your King Account.You can Level check Facebook Login: Make sure you are logged into the correct Facebook account in your web browser before opening the game.
Reset Facebook Permissions: Go to your Facebook settings, find Apps and websites, remove or turn off Candy Crush Soda Saga, and then reconnect the game.Use the "Played Before?" Button: Open the game on your computer, click the Played before? or Log in with Facebook button instead of starting a new game.
Contact Player Support: If logging in does not work, go to the in-game Settings and Help Center, then use Contact us to ask King Player Support to restore your level manually.
