I reinstalled my game. I lost my team my progress. I lost 76 lollipop. The game thinks I am a new player. I contact support and no one helps me.this us final plea and I will quit

You can recover your lost levels and team by logging back into the exact Facebook or King account you used before, but locally stored boosters like lollipops are typically lost upon reinstalling.
