Question

For Gods sake can you fix this game???? I was able to play to completion last week and now I start with a negative 300 that will not change. I have cleared cache and restarted to no avail. This has been an ongoing issue that I have communicated with about for 10 months. It most often gets to a certain level like 23 and then for no apparent reason restarts back to level 1.

Bear Climb is still dysfunctional.  Its stuck and won't collect green canyon despite wins.

Welp, friend, I have done these things EVERY TIME I have asked for help since December. Including the time I was 1.3 million points in the negative. No one ever helps, just throws out the same directions over and over again. Honestly, this must be the game they give you to play in purgatory.

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
