You can't rely on color bombs or other cascading explosions to make the bottles appear. You have to make the bottles appear by making small match 3's yourself in the western/left side of the game where they are generated from and then go after them with any fish color or color bombs etc. of the same color or maybe even a simple match 3. It took me about 300 game tries to do it. What does help is, if you pop a bottle and by chance that move generates another bottle that pops as a result basically a '2 fer'. You can color bomb or coloring candy that level to death and new bottles will not appear. What finally did it for me was that I popped 5 bottles in a row in 5 moves due to many fish being available to pop bottles that existed one after another. This is a strategy needed if you don't use a 'perk' for extra moves and are stubborn like myself. If you on this level and passing this level leads you to the legendary prize egg, invest in more moves with using gold bars or whatever else you need to purchase. You may need 30 to 40 more moves to win if you only have popped half the bottles needed. So don't spend gold bars on additional moves less than 30 or more if you have many bottles left.
