@diannebd Hi and welcome, not sure on what the problem could be as king only accepts 3rd party payments.

Would check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and see if this solves your issue, Also if you are playing via an internet browser clear your cache.

If this does not help please contact customer support from your game and see if they can help with your issue. Just go to your game settings and help and send them an email
