Why can’t you fix Me Toffee’s Fair?

it always has trouble connecting to server and message advises me to connect to internet, which I am! I always need to close the app and then open it and quickly select the challenge. I just lost one hour of free lives because it was loading for ages and I closed the app and reloaded and lost my prize. So sick of this glitching all the time, every single day!

Thank you for all the information @ChristineT . Your screenshots will be very helpful. It appears some people are experiencing problems with this event in Candy Crush Soda. I'm not sure why it is happening. I only play Candy Crush Saga on my iPhone, the other games I prefer a bit larger screen so I play on my mini iPad.

Anyway - I will make sure the Community Managers for the game are aware of your issue and if you post your screenshots on this thread, they should be able to see them on Monday when they return to work and can pass your info back to the studio. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. I can certainly understand your frustration. The prizes from Mr. Toffee's Fair can certainly be helpful in passing the levels. Don't forget to claim your level badges if you have reached 1000, 2000, 3000 or higher.😊

I play candy crush saga and use the features in that game and never had an issue like Mr Toffee fair.

my internet is high speed NBN and I’m certain it is not the issue

I have an Apple iPhone 11, software version 14.0.1

Hello @ChristineT and a very warm welcome to our Sodalicious community! I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Does this only happen when you are trying to play Mr. Toffee's fair or do you get the same message about not being connected to the internet when you are trying to play other things in the game? These games need a strong and steady internet signal and if there is a temporary interruption or drop in signal strength then the game can think you are playing off line and you will need to restart your device again. You might also try and reboot your internet router.

I play on a mini iPad and have not had any issues with Mr. Toffee's Fair. Can you tell us what device you are playing on (make/model & software version)? If this is a problem just related to that feature (Mr. Toffee's Fair) then the more information we can provide to the studio the better.
