You're 100% right- I'm sorry I forgot about that, @alaa_moataz ! As you can see in this picture, you need to be level 2 to send private messages:
Good news is that you just need to write 3 more comments to arrive to level 2 ! You can answer on this same thread, say hi HERE, and participate in one of our contests HERE.

I don't think the bug should be public because I think it can be misused that's all. However, I couldn't find "Message" button when I go to anyone's profile, and when I try to click "Messages" Icon and click on "New Message" it redirects to a screen with this error "Permission Problem, You don't have permission to do that.", Do I have to have certain amount of points to be able to send messages ?

Hello @alaa_moataz u can private msg the community managers here. They are lola_pop and ladyRaffie. Click ur dp, ul see an envelope icon. Go to that and compose a message to either of the CMs. Good luck fixing the bug.
