Your game is not connecting to the server so you are having this problems.đYou can solve your problem by following the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Show me a screenshot if you get an error message while trying to log out of the game.

@Jachi1 Hi and welcome, This issue sounds like you have not connected to your account or you account has become disconnected from the server
Please check your device and game are up to date and also clear your cache if playing via an internet browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in and this should resolve your issue

My problem is on Saga not Soda. Sorry... but still not fixed!
@Jachi1 , I am playing CCSS on two different devices they and I have FB account and King account link together I have four different characters. One is my profile FB that I created first when installed game on my primary device, second is through King account and my old device. The device I created King account has friends that is automatically given, my primary device with FB profile has FB friends that shows. Is there an update or a link that will sync my user ID with any device so I can have friends from FB and King accounts?
Hello @Jachi1 First check if u logged into the game with a stable internet connection. If that is fine you need to check the settings of the game on fb.
You can check which apps are active, expired or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
If the game is listed as âexpired,â it means your friends list and progress may not sync with the game.

Click âRenew Accessâ to reactivate the appâs permissions.

I have a new PC and installed the candy crush soda saga app on the new PC but it fails whenever I try to login to facebook from the game. I have verified my login credentials are correct but all it does is tell me the password is incorrect. Logging in with my King account does not restore my progress.
