As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

I don’t mind waiting, but are you sure we will gave BGH on the 12th....in the mean time, there us nothing for me to play until Friday when more new levels are released. Without new levels, I can’t even play MTF.

We been sitting here waiting for bubblegum hill for over 3 weeks now , what a fail no bubblegum hill , this game is so boring now , on lockdown for 28 days and nothing to play here gonna delete game makes my blood boil fail
While I was searching for BGH and whether there is an update in playstore, I found that some egg hunt event is on but I don't see it anywhere on my device....can someone who has it can please explain what it is all about???

I had the same pop-up in my game. Maybe we will see another BGH? 🤔 If I may say what I like or don’t like: no energy troll, no chocolate troll, better rewards...🤷♀️. Let’s wait and let’s find out April 12th.

Well BGH appeared in my game. It’s quite different now, I had 3 levels and not very hard levels. Let’s see what my reward will be when I am dethroned. If you want to play it costs you 100 energy, and you can claim the energy in the Noble and Royal path. You also win boosters, so this is a new way to get boosters 😊. When you start BGH you see this:
Luck you, I got bubble gum too, but it requires 100 energy to play, I start with only 50 energy, I need 100 to play, I have to spend 25 gold bars to buy another 50 energy. I can’t play noble path either because I have no new levels to play. I have to wait till Friday to get new levels to play. I am stuck.
Hi @Gumyupawpaw Yes I also have to use 100 energy as I said in my comment. I started with 50 and I am now replaying 1 star levels; that way I can collect the stars for the Noble/Royal path and claim energy. I spent 25 gold, because I was too excited and I wanted to see the new BGH. Too bad I have won 1 gold bar 😔. So I think this change is not that what I hoped for 😕. I like the boosters you win, I dislike 100 energy - only 1 hammer reward - again 1 gold bar as bonus. I hope the Studio will reconsider this.

This 3 Level Release of *BGH does require 100 Energy to play. You do start with 50 Energy, & again correct you need 100 Energy to play this 3 Level release of *BGH.
*3 ways to get Energy!
You do not need *New Levels to play *The Noble & Royal Path. It is easier to play it, if you have *New Levels, because replaying old levels, can only get you 1 or 2 *Stars.
On this *Release of The Noble & Royal Path. On 4/12/2021! *6d 22h!
Doing the *Free Side counts toward opening up *Premium / The Royal Path!
Not a bad deal, for all the *Boosters you get. Suggest you use the *Timed Boosters, on the *New Levels release day, which is on *Fri. for *Soda, if you are at, the end of the *Soda Map!
Suggest you do *Free Side 1st, then unlock *Premium / The Royal Path, then *Claim / Collect it all. Just be sure to get it all, before *Timer Expires. In my case *The Noble & Royal Path ends in 6d 22h!
