There are far too many ideas to read through to see if this is here. I play on my phone and there are times when I do not have service. It's really aggravating spending money on something I can't use offline. Make it so we have access to the items we ALREADY paid for and CAN see when we're playing offline. If we already spent the money it shouldn't matter if we're online or not to be allowed to use it. There have been MANY times I lost all my lives because I couldn't access the GBs I paid for because I wasn't online. I said for them they should be available ALL the time.
