I'm kinda new to this part

I have played this game for years since it first came out and I still love it. Games have come and gone but not this one I cant stop

Good Day “sweet candy” players - they say “Don’t be shy and speak up” - Well, while I was saving my progress..😢 like magic, I LOST EVERYTHING!! (screen shot below of my level),~ 😢 I tried numerous times, and various ways to contact support. NO ONE REPLIED !! It’s embarrassing to admit I spent $$$$$ on “boosters” and all my boosters... GONE !!

I may also be GONE....
