I make many at the end of the day, each person has their favorite, my favorite is mango and coconut. I don't mind adding other ingredients like celery, cucumber or any other fruit or vegetable, but please have mango and coconut on it 😋
I'm diabetic so I avoid fruit smoothies, too many sugars. Vegetable smoothies for me, made with 1/2 an apple to add a little sweetness, plus whatever vegetables I have around, depending on the time of year. Usually at least 3 of them mixed together (hardly ever peppers though, their taste cover everything). I sometimes use spices like pepper or ginger or turmeric.
