I love apple and banana smoothies

Chocolate smoothie 😋

My fav smoothie is the passion fruit, blueberry and orange.

You need only 1 or 2 orange (depending on how large they are), a couple of passion fruits and a frozen cup blueberries (well, even fresh if you can find them. I can't.)

Unfortunately, I have a dysfunction that prevents me from drinking anything totally non - alcoholic, therefore I need to add a bit of Cointreau 😎 but that's just a detail.

My favorite smoothies always have blueberries in them! I also put ground flax seed along with plain Greek yogurt and a sliced banana in with it. I freeze the fruit so that I don't have to add any ice to it. I thin it with some coconut water. Yum!
