It's possible you've created an account in the past and perhaps you didn't realize it! Are you able to have any success with "retrieve password"? Check back in with us :)

If you can't enter your account with your credentials then I suggest you contact Player Support. They can manually restore your log-in information
Contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play on mobile then make sure to add your game ID so Support can locate your account. Here's how to find your game ID
