Level 3712 is impossible by glitch

It’s a glitch of scrolling for all bubble bears to down. Already 5 times try on this level!!! Its a glitch! Please fix it!

Have you tried troubleshooting yet?
Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. if that doesn't help, please get in touch and I'll be happy to pass it on!

I have the same glitch, I've lost many lives on this level. I have completed all the start up actions laid out by you, still do not have bottles dropping

Hi @Jen1844 It isn’t a glitch. First the 3 bears in the upper part have to sink asap.
When they are down you see the other 4 bears, locked. The bottles are hidden in the pudding (black crosses)
To win this level, you have to unlock the bears before you pop the bottles. If the bears are still locked, the free bears will rise but you won’t have enough moves to go back down, to unlock the 4 bears and to rise again.
Make use of Sprinkleshell, this saves you moves!

I'm also experiencing a gkitch in 3712, now it's impossible to pass. When I'm at the bottom the screen goes up and all bottles are put of reach, no bottles come up or down and no soda will be in the screen, I can only leave the level and try again. I can't pass this level this way.

youtube will also show you how to win with and without boosters.. watch the gameplay and try it yourself.. just type in the full game name and the level number and you should find a lot of ppl who played and recorded the play for you
