It’s been going on for weeks now - I cannot log in to my account - get the same irritating response “ There was a connection error. Try again in a bit. Nothing works and looks like the developers and customer service staff aren’t working either. Frustrating

yes, it does, otherwise I wouldn't have asked 😅🙂 It is an helpful information since the error message may cover problems of different nature.
We have had reports mostly from UAE players that this kind of problem is not resolved with reinstalling the app. The Game Studio is investigating it

yeah i am from UAE , its been a while now , and it’s frustrating that i can't play my favorite game.unfortunately i reinstalled the app but it hits me back to level 1 :( because I couldn’t not log in
