This ad needs to be fixed pronto, a lot of people are having issues with this particular ad booster, it locks up every time, causes phone issues, this just started recently and I won’t be playing until it’s fixed, but be lost boosters and treasures and all sorts because of this , please look into this!

I am having problems also with the Strawberry Shortcake video ad. It's frozen, I can't get out of it, have to shut down my Ipad . Can't load it a video , always get the frozen Strawberry Shortcake one. Miserable. Missing opportunity to get boosters etc.
Hope you can fix it soon.

How can I get rid of the Strawberry Shortcake ad? It freezes up and makes me lose my chance to get boosters.. I have reported to ad choice and marked to stop showing this ad, but now they show it more... I keep having to close the game Candy Crush Soda and open it back up again... Please Help... Thank You...

This needs to be fixed immediately. I can’t get any ad boosters or extra levels. All players should be compensated with free boosters and coins to make up for this.

I agree with everyone else — the Strawberry Shortcake ad is clearly defective and locks up my iPad Pro every time it appears. I have to close the app and begin again, only to have the SS ad reappear with every booster request and freeze yet again. It’s very frustrating, and I won’t continue playing until this is fixed.
