i asked before about all my rewards boxes are gone,people i was racing are gone, even the one were your team completes a level ,iam running on pc windows 10 never had problem before cleared cach reloaded its the same

@rebelzoey1 Hi and welcome, if you have cleared the cache to resolve an issue you will need to play a few levels and some of the features will start returning but you may not get the same features as you had in the past

are you playing on the windows 10 app as i find this a lot more reliable than playing via a browser

For the past 2 weeks having problems on laptop and Candy Crush Soda Saga not loading starts then goes to quick black screen then closes down and doesn't open lost all my daily bonuses been playing for 5 years and all of it is gone
