I’m playing on a new iPhone with updated software. I restarted app, redownloaded, restarted phone. No luck. Any advice? Is the server down? My friends is slow too

which device do you use? (make and model)
which is the latest version of operating system installed in your device?
Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
Which is the latest version of Soda app installed in your device?
which is your game user ID? Here's how to find it

3) My phone has over 175 GB of storage free

So sorry to hear you have this issue. Would you be able to explain more what you mean with the game lagging, so we better can understand the issue? Is the game stuttering, or completely freezing up? When does this happen?
If possible it would be amazing if you could add a screenrecording!
