Not receiving lives from friends or teammates
My lives are not showing when a teammate sends them or a friend sends them. I’m only receiving 2 or three lives from the game, the field for lives is missing on my game, I’ve attached an example of what’s missing. Can this be fixed? I’ve tried resetting the game. I’ve logged out and back in and the last time I reset, I had to start over from the beginning

How does Social Hub feature (where your friends list resides) look like when you open it?
social hub icon on the map:
there are different friendship systems being tested by Soda Studio, so sending and receiving lives may be different for some players

Woul you elaborate more on what happened?
Did you lose friends in your list? Would you take the screenshot of your friends list in Social Hub?
In the first picture, the place is not supposed to display players who are already your friends.
Friends list is displayed when you select the tab "friends" on the right, next to tab "notifications"

here are four screenshots of my game as of right now.
- my friends list consists of approx. 10 ppl. Prior to whatever update occurred, I had multiple friends. A far greater number than what is shown. I have not changed my account because my progress is still on par.
- the issue that most concerns me is that I requested lives from teammates. I get a message that my teammate sent me a life, yet there is no longer a field on my screen to retrieve them (as shown)
- my friends are not receiving my requests to send lives to me. The only lives I’m receiving are auto generated ones.

I'll pass this on to community manager to gather more details, though getting an answer might take time because we're getting closer to winter holidays
In the meantime did you try adding new friends by clicking on their avatar displayed in the events your take part in? For example, Kimmy's gone fishing, weekly contest, four in a row etc

- latest version of software (iOS) installed in your ipad pro
- you game user ID number. . Here's how to find it
