How do I open my piggy bank in Candy Crush Soda?
Go to the plus sign and click it, then scroll down and you will see it there. It does cost money

Piggy Bank has been moved from its original place on the map to the game shop/store. You might be finding it by scrolling down the page of the shop or visiting all the hidden sections of the shop (tap on "more offers").
