NOT WORKING CORRECTLY

The game keeps glitching. It will not allow me to do the episode race, it will not allow me to join a team. It keeps telling me there is no internet connection when there is, so I do not get anything I have won, or advance. All I have is the basic game. I reset it, and lost all my progress, and it still did not fix it. I deleted and re loaded the newest version, and nothing is different

do you mean you tried to uninstall the game app and reinstall it again but this issue keeps happening? Please say yes or no, so I know for sure.
Which device do you use to play Soda? (make and model)
What's the latest version of device software installed in your device? E.g iOS 16, Android 12 etc. (This infos usually can be found in device settings - about device - software information)
If you try to pass and win any easy old level 3-4 times does the game map start reload some of the events or does it stay the same?
What's your user ID number, in case it's needed. Click here to know how to find it
Would you share a screenshot of your map please? It'd be really helpful
