Reached level 4 on bubblegum hill and then had to receive a call. When I resumed the game I was back at level 1. This happened twice today
Hi Yaz. I know, I am sorry. We have a small team of volunteers who play multiple games and were sticking to our own forums, but then we realised that actually, not all of them are being covered due to time restraints, so that's why some were not answered before.
Unfortunately seven months on and the game still has the same issue. The team are aware, but its much easier to push out a mini game that doesn't work properly for most than it is to remove it. Or so it seems. Its under investigation though.
