Lost access to the mailbox associated to my account

Hi,

I need to reinstall my game (CC Soda) and since I don't remember my password, I would like to reset the password. But I also don't have access to my old mailbox anymore.

Is there another way to reset my password or reinstall the game without losing my game history?

Since you no longer have access to your (old) email address, it is best to contact King Player Support via your game: click on “?” question mark, click on “technical and connections issues” click on “thanks for reaching out” click on “contact us”.

Or via this link 👉here Select Candy Crush Soda Saga, and choose subtopic “Account Login Questions/Issues” Describe your problem and don't forget to mention your old email address and that you can no longer access it.
